Poison

·Missy

We are broken, Torn Been ripped to shreds By a pack of viscious wolves, Taking advantage of our exposed flesh. We are lost, Hopeless, Destroyed. Trodden down into the mud, Becoming mud ourselves. We are no longer strong Our strengths have become our weaknesses. The people we believed in Have let us down, And one by one they turn their backs On our rotting flesh. We are worthless No one wants to save this chronic creature That staggers around in desperation; Cutting itself open To expose more nakedness In a desperate attemt to find a cure.
