·GlennMcCrary

The chips were falling Into all the wrong places And Blake felt like he was On a neverending chase To retrieve these pieces And put them back where they belong But they were nowhere to be found So he just continued to move along Then he, Lizzy and her friend Checked out of the hotel Blake was still feeling heated Like the flaming pits of hell They dropped her friend off And continued driving Listening to the radio Speak to them about tithing “Blake IHOP is coming up On the next exit On your right hand side let’s go there And we’ll discuss this over breakfast.” Blake agreed to it And decided to go there The fact that she was asking him to buy her food Was just completely unfair By Glenn McCrary © 2009 Glenn McCrary (All rights reserved)
