Ports of Call
You have just come into the world, And everything looks tall Because this is your day of birth; Your starting port of call. The bride is coming down the aisle You see naught else at all. Yes, this is your wedding day- A happy port of call. Your children's yells, they wake you up. Because they want a doll. This is just another day; A normal port of call. With your last breath you pray to God That he won't let you fall Then death sweeps in, it takes you to A divine port of call.
