All we are is this façade. Made up- pale face red lips darkened eyes. Drawn similar with identical features. We are nothing like ourselves. We hide away our true visage. Selfish. Deficient. Our aspirations detached. Silent reveries and ardent beliefs forgotten. The world is absent. We belong nowhere. We are nothing. Only painted features: pale lips red eyes blackened face. We are the living dead. Freedom has condemned us to live. Masked. Concealed- liars.
