Preying
With their silvery tongue that drips honey, They hiss words that promise a colourful tomorrow, Wrapping their warm arms around you and close enough to feel their gentle pulse, "It'll be alright" they hiss another comforting lie as they weigh the size of their next prey, They twinkle smile as thou they are saints but just devils in sophisticated garments and sweet colognes, They hiss, they sly, they scheme. They scheme, they prey and beam.

You may see the world thru my words. You may see yourself thru my words. But mostly you may assume my poetry is about me. If a line kicks off the edge, imagine what a poem would do.
