Promiscuous
She fell in love but he did not, A fact he never chose to share, For he could only love himself, And only for himself could care, For sex and ego he would lie, And take from her what he desired, Until she gave up whom she was, She changed herself to be admired, Her innocence she’d freely give, She gave up morals held since birth, But soon it changed how she would live, And sex to her defined her worth, But one day came and he grew bored, Desire and lust turned him astray, The heart he broke, confused and lost, Could not believe his heart’s betray, His promised love was taken back, So in herself she couldn’t trust, She knew that he’d been happiest, When she’d submitted to his lust, She learned that day what men desire, And thought she’d figured something out, But ignoring all she had to give, Just filled her head with mental doubt, She needed to feel loved again, And found that sex would fill her heart, But she never understood the cause, When each new guy would soon depart, She threw herself at countless men, Relationships all turned to wrecks, This quest continued on in vain, This search for love and worth through sex, Depression followed sinking worth, Which caused self loathing even more, For one man proved he’s just a boy, And yet it’s HER we call a whore.
