I wrote this poem a few days ago. I'm a theatre student andi'm playing the roll of a girl coming out to her parents. The story of centers around the absense of home. This was the only way she could express herself. I'm still your little princess The girl you kissed goodnight I'm still your little angel Please don't banishme from sight I'm not a freak Mummy I'm your little brown eyed girl I'm not commiting sin Daddy The lord cannot save me Don't discard me Mummy Please don't make me leave I'm only in love with a woman Daddy Please don't cry and grieve I'm not dead to you Mummy The baby you carried still here My heart and soul complete Daddy I'm the same little girl Just queer.
