Race
We are living under world governments race spotlight Do i speak out even though i could be wrong Do i speak out even when i know that i am right Do they realise that i could be black That i could be of mixed-race Or that i could be white Time is overdue to respect all no matter race religion or colour of skin The cost is so high when demanding equal rights and that the gain is slow We walk through the valley of death when we listen to politicians' lies They put subliminal hot wire impulses into my head Because of the things i neglected to say or the things i have said I want these mind impulses to go away I want all my passionate beliefs of who is wrong and who is right to stay May the road ahead rise with me in the right way My anger about government policies is an energy force for me I am a model patriotic citizen in every way Watching the political news on the TV several times a day Is driving me psychotically insane I will make my verbal opinions known time and time again Making my stand against white supremacists all the time Racists stole the skinhead style from a mixed-race music genre known as Ska You made Ska feel ugly but i made ugly beautiful Racist gossip is a dangerous hazardous tool I am more worried about the racist gossiper fool Political racists ultimately amount to the power of the bully Racists are the blind leading the blind... I am white and come from Liverpool which is a multicultural city, 99% of people are friendly and don't care what race or colour and religion you are, I was brought up with Chinese, Pakistani and other races which has kept me in good stead for my adult life, so that's why i hate racist people and therefore i wrote this poem Racist skinheads indeed stole that style of haircut from the following Ska music bands, if you research Ska music or bands like Bad Manners, The Specials and others you will see black and white musicians with skinhead haircuts playing together and that was in the late 70s, 80s and still going strong today

I have a mental health illness and I was a inpatient in a private secure mental health hospital not because i was a danger to the public but because i myself was the only person who was in danger from me was myself and that will reflect in my poetry...
