Rain and Umbrellas
A sea of umbrellas has taken rain hostage With its multi-colored shield. The rain fought to break free with sounds of thunder And fierce lightning swiftly chimed in. A mountain of water determined to conquer Advanced with unbeatable zeal. The city was lingering out on the sideways Without taking sides and unseen. And finally, like a first herald of hope, A ray of sun cut through the sky. An old black umbrella exclaimed “We are winning! The thunderstorm will soon subside”.
