rising sun

rising sun the still of the morning the start of another unknown day, a smile on your face ready to take life on come what may. a coffee, a cigarette, brush your teeth, wash your face, then out the door you go to take your place in the rat race. what to do and where to go, it's entirely your choice, life works better if you ask nicely, no need to raise your voice. do one good thing everyday, it'll come back tenfold to yourself, all you need to get by is a smile on your face, and your health. it's taken a long time to figure it out, but now it's clear, don't be bitter don't waste another day, week, month or year. you can't go back to change whatever it is wrong that you've done, but you can start afresh like the new, daily, rising sun. you'll feel better a little more each day, until eventually the badness has completely eroded away. one morning you'll awaken complete, changed and free, the door to 'normal' life you've found, and you've got the key. approach the door offer up the key, turn it to the right, as it opens up for you, you'll feel like you're walking into day from night. don't be afraid of failure, it's all part of lifes test, never worry you're not good enough, just give it your best. is there a moral, well yes of course, it's plain to see, forget your bad past, just be the nicest best person you can be.
