·Ilse

Above the undulating hill, lingering as she turned Remembrance of perplexing times, designed to falter many climbs Morning mist sliced sunshine rays, whilst life raged harried pours Geared towards objectiveness, conquering hidden emptiness Clouds convened quite wistfully, conversing need for change Called the sun and earth beneath, stepping stone for rainbow breeze Beneath the dappled colour glow, an essence came to view Singing songs she longed to hear, whispering gently in her ear: ‘I do exist my dear’ Afar the rainbow dissipates, viewing countless heaving hills Unlike then the pain declined, a need for all your precious time As life applauds your newfound thrills, walk gamely up this rise A new beginning with unsolved ends, a partnership with rousing trends Ilse
