Romany gypsies are an ethnic race Descending from northern India Known as a mystical sacred place Constantly on the move With a pride in there heritage And nothing to prove Victims of Nazi genocide In concentration camps with jewish people Cruelly treated until they died Set free by the allies in 1945 To travel the world again They have gone on to live freely and thrive True some people give them a bad pikey name But gypsies and pikeys are not the same Its true they have a special ability If you ask them politely they will tell you what your future will be They might sell you a lucky charm One thing is for certain A true romany gypsy will do you no harm
