Scamp
Dedicated to my dog Scamper He curls up with me on the sofa, for my afternoon nap. He comes to my feet when I give my fingers a snap. Weird expressions, as if his eyes could talk, he goes nuts if he thinks he's going for a walk. He knows when I'm sad and I'm down in the dumps, puts his head on my knee, giving his shoulder a slump. He's playful, silly, rambunctious and crazy, except when he eats too much, he tends to get lazy. He likes to play tough even when he's scared, he barks at other dogs, shooting them mean glares. It's true, dogs really are man's best friend, I know my dog is there for me, right up to the end.

I'm 15, just finished a poetry unit in school. I love writing out my feelings in a poem and some friends say I'm good at it. Constructive criticism is the best thing for me.
