scream
one rasping throat-ripping scream. head drumming against rock, no forward progress. needing space i cannot find, regardless where i search. indictments of – what? iwish to god i knew. if not for the pen i would surely lose my mind. i do not understand from where your suspicions come and your compulsion to know everything in my head. i covet the relief ascream might provide, directed at this abysmal life i seem ordained to finish, despite the misery; punishment so obviously deserved. if i had a clue as tothe transgressions that purchased this treatment, for which i must beg in some secret, unknown way and about which i have no idea, perhaps i could alter the taste of this bad and bitter bite. ©tlp 2010
