Searching

i don't want to write i don't want to laugh or cry i have no dreams my nights are dark the days mearely distractions my life is drifting i have seached within and found nothing i know deep within something lurks but as hard as i try i cannot find it i have ventured through the darkest and scariest places of my soul i gained resolution and strength and i have lost i have lost my youth what used to bring happiness has gone what was my downfall i've disguarded like litter on the highway. Now I am free, And in the darkness I sleep easy.
