Security Beneath The Shadows

Written By Glenn McCrary & Riyah Walton Security beneath the shadows Crying deliriously in the corner Cold fear kisses my aching heart Just want to hide beneath the shadows Mask my pain and mend my individuality which you kindly tore apart Carelessly you just stand there as I shatter and silently break laughing at me with your twisted smile making me cringe with your inflicted heart ache A glass is what my body is portraying you have pushed me and left me smashed My wrists are shaking and bleeding And you are black heartedly smiling i know now there's no turning back So I'm running, running far far away to a place where I feel wanted and don't feel disgraced and my blood will run with me as I slide this blade across my wrists the warmth and comfort of it I undoubtedly missed By Glenn McCrary © 2010 Glenn McCrary (All rights reserved)
