Saw her one day in September '01 Too shy to say hi, too pretty to eye, I find myself reminiscing One year passed, I came to her house, we sat and spent the day kissing After 5 years like all of my fears, the serpent stared at me hissing i knew what was done, like the end of the sun our vision had then been envenomed keep seeing her face whenidream to erase i know ill be clean when my eyes catch her face again keep hoping that one day, that she'll say what i say, day in and day out since the venom it's hard to imagine her happy without me, last light of the day see's her eyes now it's just like before, in septemberbut worse,where i have to sit and hope hope that her lips and my lips meet in the darkness of some street for now i'll cope think, reminisce, when i layed that first kiss on lips of the girl i had loved
