And pulled my face close to yours, 
I knew you were going to kiss me, 
Oh yes, of that I was sure. 
Your lips had felt like heaven, 
And your embrace had felt like home, 
You told me it felt like the first time, 
But to me, we had felt all alone. 
The world had been so quiet, 
And everything so serene, 
It felt like we lived in a snowglobe,
