Shatter twisting

Heart to head, love to hate Walk from the fire, bear the cold Embers dying, attempts too late Chills and aches from flames of old. Light no longer trickles in Darkness feeds in shadow's feast, The heart beating with tainted sin The lamb you loved is now a beast. Let the echoes dance amuck To restore seconds to dying hope, But icy walls are all they struck Each shatter twisting your silence rope. Empty the dreams, empty the pain And lie in darkness made for you, Drown in the bleeding from the slain And never wake to see the dawn anew.
