Shiny Pebble

On my sail ship I gently travel, Carrying freight of sweet emotions. I notice a cute and shiny gravel, That changed all of my notions. Waves so gentle around the pebble Caught my eyes, swayed my mood. I want you! You’re worth a treble! For you, all my freight I include. Set the sails, to reach my treasure! Lacing my thoughts to a time I will spend in sweet pleasure, Having you gently in my palm. Finally, within the reach of mine; I lean over to reach for you. My eyes got blinded by your shine And I fell right for deepest blue. Oh, how kind yours felt, when I sensed your gentlest touch. But, all just to see you slip again Such a grief I feel! Oh such. Ways to you my eyes they trace. Searching; looking down to that nadir, I can see your shiny face, But unreachable you are from here. Damn my passionate breath I inhaled, Is swiftly fading; I need to choose! Oh, how I wish to have had prevailed, While carrying on my gentle cruise.
