i remember the silence cutting deeper than usual that day... deserted, neglected the bastard son of compromise with our ship lost, its anchor dislodged bearing towards the murky depths of misery and our love , lay dead in the blood-soaked currents of regret bobbing , drifting among the debris of what could have been and yet … more than ever i remember the silence cutting deeper than usual that day…
