Silly things

I am not one to dwell on silly things Above all those that have no final bearing on this journey In my mind I don't at least Except the thing is that I do dwell In those silly things Those that have no final bearing on this journey At least in the real world I do I have been taught by familiarity That what I want and what I get are not mirror reflections of one another But that at times they are so far apart I wonder how I thought them possible Such silly things But here's the thing now I have just revealed to you these silly things Which have now entered the real world But these silly things Silly silly things That turn my world upside down even if for just a second Remind me that they are just that...silly That have no final bearing on this journey What I hope to gain from this Is to have reminded you of something else I have myselfremindedat least Not to waste my mind and energy on these silly things Confusing they may be, confused you may be I hope you get though and remember what they are These silly things Those that have no final bearing on this journey...... ...except to perhaps source one poem or two....
