Since you ask
Since you ask how I am: the days are shorter; the nights stretch out longer. The time drags between precious moments with you. My appetite gone, feeling empty and lost, concentration forgotten, all purpose removed and the waiting is agony and I’ve cried all my tears felt torn apart by overwhelming want whilst sickened with fear. Can’t sleep, can’t wake - wandering dark corridors at night looking for something unknown, unseen; searching not knowing what to do with myself. I’m up then I’m down; like a kite soaring then grounded and always that heart skips a beat feeling. I think it must be love. But yes, since you ask: I’m fine.
