Sitting on the beach
Sitting in this sand Looking over the ocean I feel the child in me Come out and explore I feel light, light like the wind Walking in the water Splashing over me This giant abyss, Strangely loves me. Look at the sunset What a beauty Mountains surround me and hug me Blow over this settling in my heart So I can see these particles to the breeze Wash my feet, Sweet, tingling sensation Rise, rise to my mind Washed and blown; free as a bird I go home and take this beach along. May the waves forever go crashing in my ears And may I walk the sandy shores Like the trailing of the ocean at my heels As I set foot on new soils Like the sunrise behind me, as I look into a new place Yes, Be my future as glorious, as the breeze upon my face.
