Skin Deep - September 1998
Early to rise and face blue skies not before the process of becoming perfection I want to give you an erection Take off my clothes 'cause nobody knows the secrets that I hide within me for this is a poem in which you dared to roam I'll spend a few hours after my shower putting on make-up and doing my hair if I did not, you see you would not think of me I'll pick out my clothes because nobody knows the secret that I keep from you or else you will see what it is, the real me why did I have to hide you were only along for a ride it wasn't really me that you wanted why did I try for someone that would make me cry You wouldn't even think twice even if I was nice it's whats on the outside that counts but I fought for you it was a waste of time too You wouldn't stop to see who I was, the real me because beauty is only skin deep
