Slaveries
SLAVERIES Fading into an abyss that screams into manhood. Howls that rage to prove virility. Dusted by darkness I’m doomed to be misunderstood, By maidens guarding sterility. Crudely building over time the layer works to thicken, Diverting gazes from my hard eyes. Time not taken to dig past the visions that sicken, Thinking I just view the tops of thighs. The more to me bleeds in the plunge as the layer ages. From dust, to coat, to caked on like sludge. This attracts further darkness that builds in course stages. States of decay too buried to judge. The backdrop of gloom glimmers against what I’ve become. Hate drowns out the past feelings of pain. Taking for me, pushes feelings back from where they come. Touched by me they move to spread the stain. A set of soft orbs spotted in bright avocado, Hold firm in my gaze and warm the heart. A rare missed beat and held breath defies my bravado. The discomfort of a feeling’s start. Tears tear at my heart as a tear tears at my defense. A shared trek into discovery. Where once I would have sliced these feelings with harsh offense, I’m now lead into recovery. Why is it me these spheres hold? Why is it me they choose? A hand reaches out for me to be held, With a softness too powerful for me to refuse. At last we touch; Such darkness dispelled. Guided so faintly through the sensations I swim in, I give in to the flower she wields. Shortly a veneer of brightness builds; However thin Darkness outside of the shimmer yields. As she tightly controls the darkest night still within. arsnydermediocrepoet.com

arsnydermediocrepoet.com I was born at that place. Then I went there. Next I was at the location. From there I went to do that thing. I saw the stuff, at the place, where the people are. Now I'm doing something, somewhere where less people are....
