Sleepless Night

My mind is racing I'm unable to sleep Things repeat in my head Continually! I try to slow down But my brain just revs up Too much information to process Efficiently! I get up and walk To try to unwind My mind continues to wander Aimlessly! I go back to bed Closing my eyes Thinking I will go to sleep Hopefully!
