Slipping away

·Luzardi

Through virgin eyes I see this distorted world of ours Everything is painfully new It has a sobering effect on me...knowing that you have had another in your lap. Razorblades glide down my throat Slicing my insides as far they go... Blood starts filling my body... Till they reach my belly where the goo is thick and choking the life to my brain. No more! Each step away from you tears my heartmuscles into pieces. Each time with you I am against a wall. Your love is sweet poison, the lack thereof is killing me. As you hold your baby tight, know her every breath takes one from me.
