Small in a large way

·Anglaran

Could a butterfly cope if it were self-aware? if it knew its scope would it care? Could a sane butterfly exist if it knew that its time is a mere wisp between the sands, so fine. Would it still fly if it knew the breadth, the vastness of the skies? How small is its worth only flowers would mourn and soon Man would miss the riot of colour in fields no more. Larger than his body is this task, almost the butterfly's only care, the reason that he is there.
