Snakes and ladders
My tortured soul once bare , now laden Your metal hooks, my flesh besieged The pain that matters not A poisoned love not forgotten What plan did you devise? Did you send your lovesick spies? I saw you for what you are in time Snickering, bickering concubine Shackles unbound, a new love I found No more the helot to your cursed, poisonous cake. My antidote swallowed, be gone you slithering snake
