Snowfall in the midst of chaos the clam before the storm from the sky a single snowflake falls on the ground it lays, forlorn the excitement rises, a child calls a carpet of white brings smiles cold forgotten, good times roll a vision of beauty for miles an miles mother nature achieves her goal snowballs, snowmen a theatre of joy a fleeting moment when all is well it will all turn to sludge so better enjoy that glorious moment when the snow fell a building once ugly becomes born again the roof tiles shimmering in the cloak of snow an essence of purity untouched by men the snowflake falls unsure of were to go unlike rain people will run outside a chance to to be childlike, innocent and free the snow is falling heavy now nowere to hide so just enjoy the flakes exactly like me
