Solace of Ice
Through solace of ice and snow a love survived the gloom A love unbounded, unknown to the one it possess A love as quite and surreal as the night slowly creeping in A love with limitless reign through struggles and pain Unbecoming, unworthy, uncaring, unwilling it might seem But love has no boundaries, no favour no fear For it is these elements a human heart hold dear We love, we cry, we hope, we weep not because we lost But because love has done what the only thing it knows... To show the beauty of its design to the willing heart I feel at times that the choice was not my own Love don’t care or weep for it will never be alone A willing heart there will always be, a sign of content maybe Love is blind, love is kind, love is the only love I know So let your fears, your inhibitions go, like a stream where sun soaked water flows. Casualties of love there will always be.... Love made no promises, no guarantees. Its only wish is just to be.... So take heart, you restless soul, your time for love has come again And run through fields of sunflowers at the dawn of day. Her hair drenched with sunlight as it flows through the wind... Open up your heart my queen, and let the healing begin.
