Sometimes I Go to Sleep
sometimes I go to sleep and waking up is not on my mind. I've lost count of the sheep and the day that's fallen behind. my last thoughts are of time; seconds flowing from nowhere to nowhere. dreaming isn't usually a crime but I'll still proceed with mark'd care. things begin to blur and twist, the air becomes heavy enough to kill. I start to slip to unconsciousness and my eyes close against my will.
