There is a song for the living There is a song for life When each day you wear earphones When each day you wear blinkers You will not hear the beauty in music and nature You will not see the beauty in the world or in this life You will only hear the muffled sound You will only see tunnel vision You wouldn't contribute to the melody of this world You wouldn't contribute to the concerto of this universe A lonely person you will slowly turn into A lost soul you will become forever The ability to smile you will lose The ability to be happy and joyful will allude you Misery will become your friend to the end of your wasted life So before you become enthral Before its too late take off your earphones And listen to the beauty in music and nature Before its too late take off the blinkers And see the beauty in this world and in this life You will start to enjoy living each day You will be happy each day Until the end of your worth while life
