"Words" Our words can often be misunderstood, & do much harm instead of good…….. & thoughtless actions can bring strain, Causing, embarrassment, grief & pain….. Let’s before we speak and act, Use kindness, courtesy and tact……….. Though I may have found the rich reward of art, & make seclusions of my world a part…… Yet I’m poor without the joy which springs, Getting in tune with life’s simple homely things……. Give me dear lord the grace to seek & find, Warm hearted fellowship with whole mankind….. Sometimes, a sense of humor is a good & happy thing, But at times it may bring embarrassment to others….. & we should always make sure, not to hurt anyone, Simply for humor’s sake………….. God has given us the body, brain & skill, But we must have the will To use these tools & make with them, Something of genuine worth……… & we can find in doing this, The greatest joy on earth………….!
