My heart broke 
As I watched you stand alone 
Your body shook, shivered 
As rain and lightning poured 
Your face looked confused, for a moment 
But you just stood there 
Unaware of your muddy feet 
Of your soaking wet hair, you stared

Your lips tingled, with a faint, distant smile 
But your dreams still dripped with the rain 
Hopes of being found, swallowed by the ground
