Stranger

Silently through the night I pass across the path I chose, on which I met, You. Leaning againg the wall of pain Your eyes so sad, yet You seem so glad. All the things in the world All the pain and happiness, witnessed By your eyes, glowing now on seeing me I though for a moment about what to speak. But then your look gave me an answer, To the question never asked. No need to speak, no need to tell. The words now seemed all unwell. My heart pounding fast and my breath shallow, feeling a chill down to my spine, I knew that you would come towards me. Those eyes asking for a thing so precious, I knew I could not afford to waste, A single moment worth million, I take a step back, keep walking Down the lonely path I came from No regrets, No pain, No feelings You're nothing but yet another stranger in my life.
