Sweet moon kisses

26 Aug 2007

·Ayla

Through silver hair flashes Brilliant orbs of night Underneath a delicately arched brown Pale shut lips twist in a slight upward manner Shines kissed with moon kisses As she stares lost in memory Drifting off she smiles Memories of the night trials For simple moon kisses Her skin touched with grey As under the moon she does play But the sun rises soon Touching her pale hair with russet And shining her eyes golden Taking her away From her small haven Of sweet moon kisses ------------------------------------------------------------ Written for a contest on a different poetry site where we had to use a picture of a girl and make you see her in the poem.
