Taken
Taken The words are softly spoken, my body starts to shake Death has stalked me silently, your tiny life he takes. My heart's a shattered diamond, my body so raw with pain my tears keep falling heavily, like bitter autumn rain. Only yesterday was summer, our lives full of joy and fun, but winter came to blind us for staring too long at the sun. They say you were too perfect to live within this world, a tiny precious snowdrop, never to be unfurled. I love you, my little baby, I wish you were here with me a lifetime in the dark I'd spend for a heartbeat lived with thee. You must have been the brightest star, an angel flown from above God cried to think he'd lost you so took you home in perfect love. I'll never see your tiny face, or stroke your downy hair And each milestone that we miss, becomes, a cross too hard to bear. Sometimes I'll watch your brothers play and imagine you by their side, Laughing in the morning sun and all my tears were never cried. I'll never forget you my sweetheart in my heart you'll live forever A Mother's love lasts an eternity a bond even death dare not sever. Please rest in peace sweet baby, Live in the sun, the stars and air, so I may keep you close to me, then, maybe, your loss won't be so hard to bear. We will always love and miss you darling love your Mommy,Daddy and big brothers xxxx
