Tear of solitude
A single tear silently fell with muffled cries on pillow case. Shed sometimes as I pass your door, unknown to you on polished wooden floor.Tears shed for the unknown stranger on death’s door.Filled with elation and joy, sometimes shed in awkward places, confined empty spaces. sometimes shed on innocent faces, fragile and meek.A tear says the world without the need to speak Wasted as I stumble through a life castrated . Echoes on weeping willow, tears on my satin –laced pillow.A tear escapes, as I sing you a lullaby, Damn I promised , not to cry…
