Tears and Rain "He never Came"
In a perfect atmosphere for a romantic night as the moon lit the sky so bright while the wind softly blew the coats of people walking between light post that equally lines a street which never tends to go to sleep there she was all trendy and stunning amid the crowd all day running you can hardly spot a body standing but there she stood, so still gazing, smiling....waiting waiting for a dream she longed to live waiting for a promise to fulfill a promise of love forever to give waiting for that fancy car, for him waiting and waiting under the moonlight which seemed to gradually say good night to let some rain flow down while she is still standing around and all people are rushing in while some stayed singing in the rain Supposedly he should have came before the rain washed what's left to gain and among the choices she found was to hope for a dry ground and to herself she would say "Wait...wait, he's on his way I'll await him forever, here I'll stay" The minutes flew like the rain swiftly till soon an hour passed so quickly but it seemed to her rather a decade as by each second she became more lonely "Forever" he once said "I'll love you forever" But in the rain it sounds like some flatter And the choice of patience started to be a silly lie for a women to believe still though she stood with striking beauty holding a solid smile serenely ....but which seemed to fade into the heavy rain as the choice to hope was also in vain then soon before she knew it...a tear made its way down after her heart has long wept without a sound the tear trickled quietly on her cheek Unobserved, unnoticed…silently without a peek she had tried to hold the tear with all her might and all her beauty resisted in a fight but too much misery made beauty itself weep And yet, still she held that smile to remain Despite the path every tear dug for a pain that she locked in her heart since he never came And although those reluctant tears she cries were the only proof of the pain she hides Amid the dying beauty decked with that smile Those tears weren't spotted to fall Tell you a reason why?! _now here is the most heart-breaking truth of all It's not that her dream dried up to recall or that she waited all night in vain but that the unshed tears were seen as rain …just some mere drops of rain The truth portrayed in this picture is clear; She could spend that forever waiting soaking wet without complaining listening to the people singing while the raindrops slap the street gear still whispering to herself that he'll soon be here and her body will taste the warmth again so near but as the tears and rain are unfairly mixing The picture will arouse a question to fear _How long should a woman's heart last...? after too much a malice a MAN could cast? And do I say….."This too shall PASS "?!! After a promise was broken in a night so vast After that smile…so wistful….so mere after her elegance drenched with every tear after all the seconds that turned into hours after all the choices that drowned in the showers after she endured the agony to pretend after hopeless despair became her only friend How long will it take to mend? The heart he broke by each passing second How long will she stand there? under the light post hanging so fair How long will it take? For his promise to crumble and fade How long will it take to bade? The beauty of her masquerade In a street with a night everlasting There she stood with a dry heart as far as the rain kept falling Making grace and beauty depart Every teardrop has only one purpose That is just to be seen and noticed but even that did not persist as far as the people kept singing allowing tears and rain at once to exist…. Never did she stop waiting Never did she stop smiling Never did her tears stop rolling never will you see them ….there is too much rain Till forever passed…and he never came…
