Teddy Bear
Teddy. I want you know what it feels like to be me. So, I throw you on the ground; I want you to shed my tears. Teddy, lying on the floor, I kick you again and again into the wall, across the room- until you slam into the door; I want you to feel my pain. Teddy, limp in the corner. I scream at you until I turn red- I want you to cower before me. Then when I can only gasp, I cry. Tears fall onto the floor where I stand above you, mad. Teddy, I’m so sorry. I didn’t mean to do that; I get so angry sometimes. Don’t worry, I will be kind even with your seams splitting and your stuffing coming out. Teddy, I want you to hold me and make the pain I feel go away- so, I don’t fear daddy anymore.

I just like to read and review poetry when I am not writing some rhymes myself.
