Tell me about the sunlight and how the beams can shine for miles How the rays can melt snow and ice but can't compete with one beautiful smile Tell me about the rain I really would like to know Can it wash away the debris of the past do the waters cleanse your soul Tell me about the winds is it not the carrier of all things Moving clouds swaying trees the whispers and the screams Tell me about love can it really break your heart Then turn it around heal the wound thus bringing a new start Tell me about death I think I've seen it's face before Holding the hand of a dying one till it's grasp was there no more What can we say about life and everything it brings the joys, the sorrows the darkness the light the healing and the stings I've heard that life is worth living no matter how it's felt It's being the best for ourselves and others in this hand of life we're dealt
