That weight I felt in morning's call, That made me stop; forget it all, Material possessions meant nothing to me, When not I existed, but we. You brought respect but distaste as well, But I couldn't give a damn and I couldn't tell, I loved you with heart, and mind, and soul, The lady inside of me, fulfilling that hole, And if i've lost everything I ever held dear, Everything warm that I ever had near, I'll never forget you, never mind all the strife, As the mother who loved you, with all of her life.
