The Barnyard Brawl
The Barn Yard Brawl ( a children’s poem) The animals on the farm did play They had a lot of fun that day 'Til Bully Bull bopped Peggy pig Right aside her “whirley gig’. Peggy pig began to cry As Ginnie Goose came strutting by She saw the pig awash in tears, She pecked that bull right on his ears. Of course, a full out fight began, And Hollie Horse kicked Ginnies toes ThenGinnie Goosecried from the pain; And wished the bunch would just refrain Now things were getting really rough So Lucy Lamb yelled, “ that’s enough!” “Stop this quarreling, stop it now!” And in agreement , Connie Cow. The animals all hung their head When they realized what was said. It made them sad they’d not been tame And from the fight some would be lame. When you pick on smaller guys Its, just not fair, they’re not your size We shouldn’t pick on guys at all For if we don’t, we’re ten feet tall. IlaMae Stucki© 5/20/10 .

I am a Registered Nurse.. I have loved writing for as far back as I can remember. My first writing was experienced by drawing as a child. In 7th grade I wrote a poem about Abraham Lincoln that won an award and was read on the radio in Salt Lake City....
