The Boy Who Had An Expanding Sphere of Light
In truth, the boy was a man, and, the man was blind. But in faith, the man could not see his impairment, not since the accident, two weeks ago, doctors of the highest degree exclaimed, "Your vision will be forever lost," in the hospital bed, the man just quietly thought, for he actually believed them. "Yes, for you it shall remain that way." His thoughts were shafts of light then, even before the dream in the dream (for the man knew he was dreaming) the man was a boy, and the boywas not so blind as he was encum- bered by darkness, and in the darkness the boy wandered, and in his wandering found nothing, because nothing was on his mind. The realization of this was a lever to be pulled, and the boy pulled it, and a sphere of light expanded from the boy's center of mass; he watched the darkness recede, watched his aura grow, and awoke to the exploding scenery of frosted mountain tops, a sky so blue it shattered senses, and love where she had been sitting all along.
