The Burning: Endure Me
Inside I feel a burn, But I do not combust. Instead it burns slowly, And reveals a pain that intrigues my mind, I feel the flame rise into my psyche... I am blind Why am I burning? What do I have left? I cry a short tear, But I do not let the emotion control me, I fight it's power, And I endure a pain that I've grown to love to feel I endorse the burn and I worship its zeal.
