The Cathedral
Victor Hugo brought attention to a cathedral he did mention, in a story that he told of Paris in the days of old. This gothic gem had been defaced, its body scarred, a great disgrace. Ravaged by riots and revolution, there was a need for a solution. This edifice would need repair. His story brought the proper care to Notre Dame so all could see, its beauty and its majesty.
