The Dreamer's Lullaby
Calmly and quietly I sink into serenity. I find there a peace not in waking hours found. In the flesh or so it seems in the place called Place of Dreams, emotion lives on though my body lies sound. Here I may find a peace of my mind that I cannot elsewhere detect. The sorrow of time or the notes of a chime in my dreams are portrayed imperfect, but still in a way that shows through the day if feelings o’ercome my respect. But calmly and quietly some dreams bring serenity, grandeur and adventure in their golden gleams, and then comes the feeling I get when I’m reeling when I wake up from good dreams.
