The Final Bell
Who will be there when I die? Who will be their to say goodbye? Will you attend or do you care? How many people will be there? I get so preoccupied when we bid farewell Whether you will be there until the final bell. Our loved ones don't have the time to see you go They are too busy and you are just another John Doe. I don't know why I spend time worrying about this I will never know if you showed up to the service. The only thing that concerns me the most while I'm alive, don"t treat me like a ghost. At the end of our lives it doesn't matter anymore Whether your friends, family or your lovely amor shows up to your funeral to say their goodbyes. Most importantly, where were you when I was alive? We try to buy the best coffin and burial plot Because you meant so much, but we forgot That I needed to make a beautiful memory while I spent time with you and my family. I don't know why I get so emotional at this stage It could be that time doesn't stop for me, as I age There are so many things to take care of now Lets work on all these things, if time allows!!!!!
